See the following article for more information. EasyWorship requires QuickTime player in order to play MP4, M4A, M4V and MOV files. If you dont have the proper codec installed on your computer, EasyWorship wont be able to play your multimedia file. In fact, support for EW 2009 ended several years ago. A codec or decoder is a piece of software that tells EasyWorship how to decode the video or audio file. Please note that while EW 2009 will function under Windows 10 with some limitations, it is not fully supported. If you can't find that key you you would need to either call EW by telephone (+1-91) or go to the support page (link below) and open a Support Ticket. Then use the activation key you received originally to activate it. That would need to be installed first, then the 2.4 patch installed. If you no longer have your original disk you can download the installer from the same link. You can use your original EW 2009 disk to install it on the new computer then download and install the latest patch to version 2.4 for Widows 10 ( link found below).
